Animation Test with Lasso

With my new found love for the lasso tool, I decided to try it out for my grad concept.
Unlike with the walk cycles, this was a bit painful. Still enjoyable. But ugh-! that hair...
I did use a soft brush to add shading to the face, everything else is lasso-fill. I have had experience animating with the tool before. In my Second Year, I animated my Calvin and Hobbes assignment with it and following its success, I vowed never to animate that way again. Still, it was worth a shot to try it again.

Tool: Photoshop, lasso tool, basic brush
Time: 1-2 hours
